Task I was asked to design the website for Veluvia, a startup winner of the German version of Shark Tank. Their product is a superfood based food additive focused on a female target group.
The challenges
1. The client is very focused on SEO and closely working with a SEO writer, hence I had to incorporate a lot of text into the designs.
2. The target group is very cautious with chemical food additives, so it should be very clear that this is a purely natural product.
3. I had to combine a product website and a company representation.

Approach
I created an information architecture that focuses on the product and an easy to use and fast check out. To reduce text on the most important pages for the user, I created a superfood lexicon.
I decided to use the plant illustrations and colors from the packaging to create a story and identity for each product. At the same time I worked with strong visuals to balance out the large amount of text, sectioning the various information panels and creating data visualisation rather than using text for key facts.
